From eligibility and insurance requirements to late fees, fuel policies, and what’s not allowed during your rental — this FAQ section covers everything you need to know. Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum Age: You must be 25 or older to rent. Renters under 25 may be allowed with an additional safety fee if listed on a parent’s full-coverage insurance.

Valid credit card (for deposit & charges)

Authorized Driver Only: Only the renter may drive. No additional drivers unless explicitly approved in writing.
Payment, Deposits & Returns

Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at booking.

Late Returns: Returning the car late incurs 150% of the daily rate per day and 150% of the hourly rate beyond that.

Fuel Policy:

Return the car with the same fuel level or pay $40 per quarter tank

Technology & Privacy

All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, anti-theft systems, and vehicle-disabling features.

No expectation of privacy while operating the vehicle.

You consent to vehicle tracking and disabling features when signing the agreement.

Prohibited Uses & Restrictions

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including marijuana or vaping) in or near the vehicle will result in a minimum $500 fine.

No Pets: Animals are not allowed inside the vehicle.

No Racing or Track Use: Strictly prohibited — voids insurance and makes renter 100% liable for all damages.

No Off-Roading or Towing: Not permitted under any circumstance.

No Out-of-State Travel: Unless granted written permission. Unauthorized travel = $5,000 fine minimum.

Unsafe or Illegal Driving: May result in early termination of the rental and full liability for any damages or losses.
Rental Duration & Booking Policies

Minimum Rental Period: Rentals are typically booked in 6, 12, or 24-hour intervals. Please inquire for multi-day or long-term options.

Reservation Changes: Any changes to your rental time or date must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your rental to receive a partial refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting your deposit.

Early Returns: Returning the vehicle early does not result in a refund for unused time.
Incidents & Emergencies

Accidents/Tickets: Must be reported immediately and no later than the next business day.

Roadside Assistance: We do not provide this directly. You must use a pre-approved vendor.

Repossessions: If terms are violated (e.g., unauthorized driver, unpaid charges), the vehicle may be repossessed without notice
Vehicle Condition & Care

Clean Return Required: Excessive stains, odors, or messes will result in cleaning and downtime charges.

Use the Correct Fuel: Only premium — using the wrong fuel makes you financially liable for any damage.

Brake Noise: Some vehicles use high-performance brakes that may squeak — this is normal.

Inspection Period: We have up to 3 business days after return to assess the vehicle’s condition.
Personal Property & Parking

No Liability for Lost Items: We’re not responsible for personal belongings left in or around the vehicle.

Parking at Redline: Vehicles parked at our location are done so at your own risk — we do not insure them.
Contract Terms & Legal Notices

Rental Agreement: All renters must sign a rental agreement before the vehicle is released. Digital or in-person signatures are accepted.

Jurisdiction: All rentals are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal disputes will be handled in Franklin County courts.

No Modifications: You may not modify or tamper with any part of the vehicle, including tech settings, decals, or internal components.

Legal Waivers: By signing the agreement, you waive certain legal claims and acknowledge risk, including responsibility for any damages incurred while the vehicle is in your possession.
