Cancellation Policy
Booking Guidelines Clients can book a vehicle up to 2 weeks before the desired start time. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start time. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their bookings online up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time will be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling Policy Clients can reschedule their bookings online up to 72 hours before the start time. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the start time may be subject to additional fees or restrictions. Payment and Fees A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings, whether the session is free, paid through a plan, or handled offline. Failure to show up for a booking without prior notice may result in a no-show fee.
